On June 6, 2026, ESHM will be hosting a five-hour dancing marathon fundraiser! Guests are invited to dance the night away and compete for amazing prizes. This fun-filled evening will take place in the “Gem" – which is the lower level of the Eureka Springs City Auditorium at 36 S. Main Street. We are excited to bring back some dancing traditions to this historic space where local sock hops and barefoot balls were once held!

Featuring our very own museum director / DJ spinning:

50s music at 5pm

60s music at 6pm

70s music at 7pm

80s music at 8pm

90s music at 9pm

Awards at 10pm

TWO TYPES OF TICKETS AVAILABLE:

$20 General Admission ticket gets you into the event, and you can social dance for as much or as little as you like.

$30 Marathon Dancer ticket gets you into the event AND the five hour marathon dancing competition for a chance to win!

NOTE: There will be no paper tickets. Names of ticketholders will be included on a list at the door. Please bring your ID for verification.

SPECIAL $10 TICKETS FOR ACTIVE MUSEUM MEMBERS!

If you have an active ESHM membership, you can purchase general admission tickets for only $10 each. Discount codes can only be used once and will be applied to as many general admission tickets as you place in your shopping cart.

ABOUT THE MARATHON COMPETITION:

Those who purchase the Marathon Dancer ticket will be invited to compete in a 5-hour dancing marathon for a special grand prize. Marathon dancers will be provided with three 5-minute break passes and one 10-minute break passes, but must remain upright and dancing for the remaining time in order to win. Should there be multiple marathon dancers still going at the end of the evening, the marathon dancing finalists will compete in a dance-off, with the winners selected by our marathon judges.

COSTUME CONTESTS:

In addition to the Marathon Dancing competition, we shall also be hosting costume contests for all general admission ticket-holders and will award one winner in each of the following categories:

Best 50s costume

Best 60s costume

Best 70s costume

Best 80s costume

Best 90s costume
